Auralis ships to supported destinations worldwide.

Shipping Cost

We offer FREE tracked standard shipping to supported destinations, unless a different shipping charge is clearly displayed at checkout before purchase.

Order Processing

Orders are normally prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days.

Orders placed during weekends, public holidays or periods of unusually high demand may require additional processing time.

Estimated Delivery

Delivery times depend on the destination and shipping route.

Most international standard shipments are expected to arrive approximately 7–25 days after dispatch.

These times are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates. Customs processing, carrier delays, weather, local holidays and other circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect delivery.

Where a more specific delivery estimate is provided during checkout or in your shipping confirmation, that estimate should be used as the most relevant estimate for your order.

Tracking

When tracking is available, you will receive tracking information after your order has been dispatched.

Tracking information can sometimes take several days to update after the carrier receives the parcel.

International Fulfilment

Auralis works with third-party fulfilment and logistics partners. Depending on your location and product availability, your order may be dispatched directly from one of our fulfilment partners outside your country, including fulfilment locations in Asia.

This allows us to ship products directly to customers without unnecessary intermediate transportation.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Applicable taxes are calculated or displayed at checkout where required.

International shipments may in some circumstances be subject to import duties, customs charges or local taxes. Any charges that are not expressly included in the amount collected at checkout may be payable by the recipient in accordance with local law.
